New Member to the ibcs Helpdesk Team

New ibcs Support Engineer at ra Information Systems

We've been holding interviews recently here at the ra office and we're pleased to say that Qasim Shah has now been appointed to begin a Graduate Internship working as a Support Engineer on our ibcs Helpdesk.


Qasim will begin work in the ra office on Monday 4th April and during his first week will be given a series of induction processes in order for him to become familiar with who all our existing ibcs clients are and how we support them.

We hope that he will become a useful asset to the ibcs support team and that he will get a chance to speak to you all soon.
